Privacy policy
The final privacy policy will be provided by the City of Fort-de-France before the site goes live, in compliance with GDPR and CNIL recommendations.
Sections will include: data controller, data collected (anonymous audience measurement), purposes, retention periods, recipients, individual rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection), how to exercise rights, DPO contact, cookie management (refer to the cookie banner).
